The sky is not falling. It is always good to know where we have come from to evaluate where we currently are. The media often hypes hysteria and facts are overlooked.

We have had nine years of inflation since we experienced the bubble. While housing prices have continued to rise, we are not in a real estate bubble. Rising prices have only brought us to where we were in 2004.
